OSHA 10-Hour / 30-Hour General Industry Courses:

The OSHA 10-Hour / 30-Hour General Industry Courses attended mainly by Supervisors and Property Managers would be conducted by our certified OSHA Outreach Trainers.   This course would be site specific.  The course is generally given in two 5-hour classes. Each employee that successfully attends and completes the course will receive a card from OSHA through our office that indicates the employee has completed this course.

  • Walking and Working Surfaces
  • Means of Egress and Fire Protection
  • Flammable and Combustible Liquids
  • Personal protective Equipment

  • Hazard Communication/Global Harmonized System (GHS)
  • Introduction to Bloodborne Pathogens and Ergonomics
  • Safety and Health Programs
  • Machine Guarding
  • Confined Space
  • Hand and Portable Power Hand Tools
  • Accident Investigation/Prevention

Four Hour Engineer Training Courses:

Are available for compliance with OSHA Standards.  These training courses are performed for the Building Engineers/Handymen. Employees that successfully attend these courses will receive handouts and a certificate of completion from our office. 

The topics offered are:

  • Hazard Communication/GHS (Chemical Safety, Safety Data Sheets)
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment
  • Ladder Safety
  • Electrical Safety / Lockout-Tagout Awareness Training
  • Confined Space Awareness Training
  • Fall Protection
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Power / Hand Tool Safety
  • General Hazards
  • Machine Guarding

Two Hour Training Courses:

Are available for compliance with OSHA Standards.  These training courses are performed for employees that are generally under the direct supervision of Management.  Employees that successfully attend any of these courses will receive handouts and a certificate from our office.

Management/Office Employees Two Hour Training Courses:

Are available for compliance with OSHA Standards.  These training courses are performed for Management employees that are generally the supervision of employees.  Employees that successfully attend any of these courses will receive handouts and a certificate from our office.
